Order confirmation

You will receive an e-mail confirmation to the e-mail address you entered on your order. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation, please check your spam folder. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation, then the order has not gone through or you did not enter your e-mail address correctly. Please contact sales@vavandel.com.

Shipping

All orders within the Netherland are eligible for free shipping. Free shipping generally takes 2-3 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

VA VANDEL will only accept exchanges (no refunds) for up to 14 days after receipt of your purchase. Before sending out your item(s), please contact Customer Service via e-mail.

Exchanged item(s) must bes end back in their original packaging, unkorn and unwashed with tags stil attached. Attached with your item(s), please include a copy of your invoice and a written explanation indicating the reason the item(s) are being exchanged.

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with shipping the product to our warehouse. In turn, VA VANDEL will cover the shipping fees associated with redelivering the desired item(s). VA VANDEL recommends that all packages being exchanged be insured by their carrier when shipping. VA VANDEL is not responsible for any packages that are lost during transit.

Received wrong item(s) or damaged item(s)

If your order was received damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please notify us with 5 business days upon receiving. We are not responsible for any damages done during or after washing of the item(s). VA VANDEL will then e-mail you a pre-paid return shipping label. Once the return has been processed, the proper item(s) will be reshipped and tracking will be provided via e-mail.

Payment Methods

VA VANDEL accepts PayPal and iDeal.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are not currently allowed for online purchases. Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple purchases.

Discount or credit code

Please be sure your code is entered correctly and applied before submitting your order. Promotional codes do expire; please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure the offer is still valid.

If you have received a unique code from us, please keep in mind it can only be used once and cannot be combined with another promotion or be applied to shipping costs. Unique credit codes do not expire.

All promotions and/or codes cannot be applied after the transaction is complete.
